We asked about the breakfast that was included in the booking, but got no response. When we requested some money back since there was no breakfast, they refused. The sheets smelled, the air conditioner stopped working when we turned it on, and there was barely any water in the toilet flush or shower. Don't stay here, it's awful.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I lost money and had to find somewhere else at the last minute after the whole situation. My reservation had been made weeks earlier, but when I arrived, I waited at the door for about 40 minutes with nobody there to help or even say anything. Then there wasn't a room ready. After a long trip, I had to wait while they tried to move another guest to fit me in. It felt disrespectful. When I decided to cancel, I was told, “We can cancel, and we won't even have to pay for it.” Maybe that was a relief for them. Terrible standards.
