The flat's location is excellent, right across the street from the beach, and we had a two-bedroom apartment. The experience was just okay, though. The mattresses felt like sleeping on a bare board, the TV didn't work, and there was nowhere to put our suitcases or dry clothes. The kitchen has the basic utensils, but only a few of each, and just two burners on the stove work. There's no breakfast, though towels and toilet paper are provided. The Wi-Fi only reaches inside the bedroom, and the barbecue area is tiny without proper facilities for guests' comfort. The flat needs investment in quality. With some improvements, it could attract a lot of interest.

Lucas, the owner, is a great person and gave us all the support we needed. It's a simple but very pleasant place to stay for the night. The flat gets a 10 from me, and so does the owner. Approved! I'll definitely come back with my family.

I spent an afternoon at the kiosk across the way and used the flat's outside bathroom. It was very clean! Lucas is really friendly, and his place looks like it has nice facilities.

The owner is there to help throughout your stay, and the price is affordable. It's right by the sea, with a family-friendly atmosphere. The landscaped area looks especially nice against the ocean in front. I recommend it.
