The peaceful setting and great location made the stay feel welcoming. Comfort and cleanliness were clearly well cared for, and the service was excellent. It seems like a good fit whether you're here for work or a vacation. Dona Fernanda and senhorita Leidi, thank you both for the kindness and attention to detail during my short stay. When I come back to this city, this will definitely be my first choice. Wishing you success now and always.

I contacted Fernanda, the owner of the pousada, to ask about a reservation and whether a room with a balcony was available. She said there was one and gave me a number to finish booking on WhatsApp. I called several times and got no answer. Then her secretary contacted me and said there were no rooms left for the dates I'd requested. Honestly, that felt very inconsiderate and disrespectful to a customer. I hope they get better organized and treat the next person with attention, respect, dignity, and ethics, especially at a pousada.

The neighborhood is quiet, the location is convenient, and getting there is easy. Dona Julieta and Leidi were incredibly patient and caring in the way they welcomed and looked after guests.

I felt welcomed and comfortable here. The place was clean, peaceful, and very inviting, and both the owner and the employee were consistently attentive. I'd recommend Pousada e Pensionato Fernanda to friends and family, and I'll come back when I need to.

The staff were so welcoming, and the location is good. Being able to use the kitchen made us feel more at home; the atmosphere is warm and family-like. The room setup is simple, but comfortable if you don't need anything fancy.
