We had a comfortable, clean room, and I noticed they were updating several of the others. The grounds are lovely, with wildlife around the two ponds, plus a game room with a pool table and foosball. Everyone on staff was friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend it for a short getaway.

The bedrooms are amazing and comfortable, but the furniture and curtains in the dining restaurant are very old. There also isn't much variety in the food.

The staff were really helpful, and it's worth the price despite feeling a bit old. Breakfast wasn't very good.

The restaurant is very good and is one of the area's most traditional. The service is amazing.
