Apart Hotel Primavera - Guarujá SP

We had a terrible experience. We booked through booking, and when we arrived at the apartment, we found out that to get our car out, we had to go ask people in the neighboring spaces to move so we could maneuver out. I thought that was absurd. The host made a joke that I’d break a nail, asked about my plans, and joked around with my husband. She said she wouldn’t answer me because the booking was in his name. She spoke very loudly, then blocked me on WhatsApp when I contacted her to ask for a refund of the difference in the total amount paid for our stay. I reported it to booking and am waiting for someone responsible for the apartments to contact me so we can sort this out without going to court. No amount of money is worth our peace. I absolutely don’t recommend this place, and I’m waiting to hear from you.

The apartment was spotless, lovely, and had a complete leisure area. It’s near a market, a pharmacy, and, most importantly, the beach. The girls were wonderful and welcomed us so warmly. I loved our stay and will definitely come back!

The flat was well organized and reasonably priced. It’s conveniently located near Krill market and Extra, and close to the Enseada beach at Canto das Tortugas.

The apartment was far from the beach, and even the garage was too small to leave a car parked comfortably. Inside, the place was grimy, with mildew in the shower stall, dirty windows, hair in the sink drain, and blood on a bedsheet that didn’t even have elastic. I don’t know how old these reviews are, but one star feels generous. For what we paid for three nights, friendliness alone wasn’t enough to make the stay pleasant. I don’t recommend this flat.
