A complete dump. The room was dirty and smelled awful, the bedding was stained and smelly, and the whole place felt like a ridiculous prison. It looked like a garage downstairs that had been split into rooms. The owner should treat guests like people, and this place shouldn't even be called a hotel. The photos and the reality don't match, which is misleading. The staff needs to pay more attention too. I was quoted one price and charged another. I'll report this place. The room's smell was unbearable, and breakfast needs to improve. I'm never coming back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Don't go there. Stay home, the dirt is so bad you could catch scabies. Trash, just trash.

The breakfast was awful: Tang instead of fresh juice, stale French bread that seemed two days old, and I even found a hair. The person in charge of the restaurant was rude and in a bad mood, though the receptionists were polite. The rest of our stay was a disappointment too. My husband and I arrived last weekend and were first given a moldy room that didn't match the photos sent when we booked. After we complained, we were moved temporarily to a small room with bunk beds, so we had to spend one night sleeping that way. After a lot of insisting, the night receptionist found us a “better” room with two single beds and pillow tops. There was a gap in the door where anyone walking down the hall could see inside. It also smelled strongly of sewage, but we had no other option and accepted it. Cleaning wasn't great either. I watched a staff member wipe the toilet instead of washing it. I was really disappointed with my stay. Terrible hotel, I don't recommend it.

The location works well for a short stay, with a small market, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a gym that takes Total Pass right across the street. The air conditioning worked properly. The toilet lid has a soft-close feature, and the simple electric shower was fine, even though the water pressure wasn't strong. Breakfast was basic but there was plenty, including fruit. The double mattress is 1.88 m, which was fine for us, though taller guests should know that's the limit. Noise was the biggest drawback. The walls are so thin you can hear everything next door, and the glass door lets corridor noise straight in, so there's not much privacy or room to make noise. Breakfast runs early, from 7:30 to 9, and I wish it lasted until around 10 like at most places. Once reception closes, getting an iFood order or other delivery is a hassle because there's no intercom to the room. A few changes would help: there should be somewhere near the beach to rinse off sand, shelves in the shower for shampoo and soap, and more shelf space by the small sink since water gets everywhere. There's only a little bin in the bathroom, so the room needs a wastebasket too. The clothesline is broken and awkwardly placed above the toilet. It should be replaced and moved into the shower. Extending breakfast until 10 would help as well. With the location and the mix of pros and cons, I think the value is fair for a quick stay. I wouldn't recommend it for a longer visit.
