Condomínio Praias do Guarujá

I stayed in the building next to this Praias do Guarujá condo, and it was the worst experience I've had. The problem wasn't the building where I stayed, but the neighboring one, where there was a racket every night. The worst weekend was January 5 to 9, 2023. There seemed to be no rules or respect from that condo. People made a racket into the early hours, and nobody did anything. Owners there told me it was a "no man's land". They said the building manager doesn't live there and doesn't take action, and that these problems happen often. There were loud meetings, shouting, music, and laughter in the common area, always at night and carrying on into the early morning. I didn't get a single night's sleep while I was staying in the neighboring building. Horrible.

There was so much noise at night, with no regard for people trying to sleep. There should be rules, but if there are any, nobody respects them. The building let the barbecue go on until very late.
