Our Airbnb apartment was clean and well organized, and the staff were attentive. The location was great, right across the street from a wonderful pão de açucar. I'd definitely come back.

The condominium keeps getting better. Divanildo at the front desk is very attentive and always ready to help.

The elevator smelled strongly of mold, and the garage was disorganized. The front desk was the worst and least efficient I've encountered on the coast. The doormen were rude and aggressive, couldn't hold a conversation, and didn't even open the gate when I arrived carrying bags because they were busy watching TV.
