Really great.

The pool was cloudy and far too warm, and they don't provide pool towels. Instead, they sell used ones that guests have left grimy. That was how the stay started, and the room just got worse. At only 8 square meters, it was so cramped I couldn't get down along the sides. There was no wardrobe, table or chair because none would fit. The TV only got Globo; I called the helpful staff, but they couldn't fix it. The bathroom was tiny too. Toilet paper was rationed, so I had to ask for more. The shower started hot, then cooled right down, and there was barely room to put my hand under the faucet. I wasn't comfortable using the towels either. They put out a faded pink face towel that looked very old. The staff were pleasant, and breakfast was decent. Still, I wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed two nights, then changed hotels. We'd planned on a week, and I'm glad we didn't stay that long since there was no way to cancel the booking. The room and bathroom badly need renovation. Our bathroom ceiling had mold like in the photos, and everything looked old and dirty. The heated pool and friendly staff were positives, but the room's condition made the price hard to justify. Pool towels aren't provided; you have to buy one separately for 29 reais, and the quality is terrible. I think you can find better places with more facilities for that price.
