The animals were such a lovely part of the stay. Marcia takes such good care of them and gives them so much affection, it was lovely to see. The pousada itself was wonderful too, and we enjoyed everything. We were lucky to spend time talking with Marcia and learned a lot from her. We'll always remember Guarujá because of her.

At 10 at night, with only 20 minutes before I arrived, Márcia gave my spot to someone else even though I'd already reserved and paid for it. I was left without anywhere to stay in Guarujá, and she took no steps to help. They then blocked me on WhatsApp. There was no solution offered, and I was left without a roof for the night. I don't recommend this pousada. Márcia was completely irresponsible, and I wouldn't trust her.
