The location is great, almost right across from the beach, but there's no ramp or elevator for older guests. My room also had a huge leak in the ceiling, and the bathroom sink tap leaked all over the floor. They don't provide room service or even take out the trash or change the bedding. The place could be very good, but it falls well short. I'm not sure I'd return.

We ended our stay early, rushing out on January 11 after checking in on January 9. It was me, my husband, our 11-year-old children, and my 74-year-old mother. My son had several bouts of vomiting and diarrhea, and my husband also had diarrhea. That left us seriously worried about hygiene and the water quality. The city also lacked a hospital with adequate care, which was especially concerning with an elderly family member with us. There was a strong sewage smell coming from the tap, and the air conditioner made a deafening noise. They also don't offer room service, though that wasn't clearly disclosed when we booked. We requested a refund for one night through Decolar since we didn't use the full stay. It was a distressing, disappointing experience with health concerns, and I don't recommend it.

The room itself was in rough shape: the pool was dirty, the window wouldn't close properly, mosquitoes were everywhere, and there was no blanket. With the air conditioner on, I was cold; without it, I was hot and getting bitten. It even had a makeshift pipe draining water into the shower. The towels and bath mats were badly stained and filthy. Honestly, some of the grossest things I've seen at a place to stay. The Google and booking photos look very different, and I'm sure AI was used to improve them. Check-in was just a sheet of rules and a key, with no explanation. Nobody told us there was no room service or that basics like extra towels and toilet paper were limited. I asked for a towel at the pool and was refused. Wet guests can't go inside, so you have to wait in the sun to dry off. In the room, they said we could only get one towel every three days, and extras cost money. Another employee had told me to just take one, so the staff clearly weren't on the same page. I've stayed in lots of places through Booking, and this was easily the worst. It lacked organization, cleanliness, comfort, and basic transparency with guests.

The low price isn't worth it, even with the location and lovely pool. This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in, if not the worst. The first night was awful: mold on the walls, a strong musty smell, and an old air conditioner making an unbearable racket. I spent part of the night at reception, then we changed rooms. The new room seemed much better, but the split air conditioner hadn't been cleaned. We paid for it with sore throats and another sleepless night, partly spent outside the room. Stay away. I do not recommend it.
