Pousada Point Beach

We were there this week and had a really nice stay. The beach is just 50 meters away, and our room was clean and cozy. Breakfast had plenty to eat and a good variety. The girls were sweet, polite and helpful, and the home-style food they serve there was delicious. The inn is charming, though a few things could use fixing; nothing that got in the way of our stay. The owner, Cristiano, and his daughter were lovely and always nearby. We'd happily come back. Thanks, and wishing you success!

The Wi-Fi worked well, and the location was good. The rooms were nice, but there was nowhere to hang wet clothes, so my towel was still damp in the morning. I didn't have breakfast, though it looked like there was a good variety. Lunch and dinner are available separately from a menu. Outside, there's a pool, loungers, and a covered seating area with chairs. The pool is very deep: I'm 1.62 m tall and, even on tiptoe in the shallowest part, the water came up to my chin.

The beach is only about 50 meters away, and the outdoor sofa area is great. The room cleaning was a problem, though: there was hair in the bathroom and a strong mold smell. Music played nonstop on a huge speaker until 10 p.m. Breakfast was another weak point, with very few choices and poor quality.

The meals served there were a highlight. Lunch was excellent and fairly priced, and the location is very close to the beach. We loved our weekend at Point Beach, and the stay was just what we were looking for. We were helped by Cristian, Manuela and Isabelle, who were all attentive and courteous.
