The location worked really well for me, about 15 minutes by taxi from the airport and a five-minute walk from a huge shopping center. I was wary after reading some reviews, but my stay in room 26 went fine. The hot and cold water, AC, and bed all worked; the pillows were a little stiff, and I didn't see any mosquitoes. My only reason for giving four stars is one receptionist's manner. She called to check if I was the arriving guest, which was sensible, but after I confirmed she hung up without saying goodbye or even okay. Not a big issue, though the service could be friendlier.

The low price is the main plus here. The rooms seem a bit dated and could use some renovation. On my last two visits, there were also far too many mosquitoes.

Awful. When we checked the website, the woman had given us the Master Suite but charged us for the Supreme Suite. We stayed in room 51, where the TV wasn't smart, the walls were worn, some lights didn't work, and the sheet was dirty.

Room 45 was a horror show, almost funny if it hadn't been so bad. We paid for four hours and left after one. The room was dirty, had cockroaches, a broken AC, and a TV that wouldn't turn on. The shower control was falling onto the floor, and the minibar was warm, filthy, and had insects inside. The place was dark and dirty, the exit was awful, and the photos on the website were fake. A blonde older woman at reception was extremely rude and completely dismissive. We stopped here because it was on our way, but never again.

I didn't even get inside. The receptionist was incredibly rude and abrasive, and seemed to know nothing about her job. This was the worst treatment I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
