2/10
The room felt worn out, the beds were uncomfortable, and the shower was awful, with hardly any cold water and no hot water at all. At 3 a.m. some guests were loudly talking outside their rooms, but no one from the staff was available to deal with it, despite reception supposedly being staffed around the clock. Never again. There are better places for the same price, or even less.

4/10
The room was in really poor shape. There was no hot water, the towels looked like they had already been used by previous guests, and the Wi-Fi kept cutting out.

I stayed here for a few hours between flights. The price was affordable, the area was quiet, and the staff were nice. They offer a free transfer to and from GRU, arranged through a hotel broker outside Terminal 2.

The airport ride is included and makes the price feel worthwhile. Service was excellent, and breakfast was simple but good. The receptionist speaks English.

Edgard picked me up from the airport and helped me out with several things. He was really helpful!
