The owners were very welcoming, and the place was peaceful and cozy, with excellent hygiene and cleanliness. They helped me find somewhere to eat and get around town. The service was 100% from booking through departure. I was also able to check in before lunchtime without paying extra. Highly recommend.

If you don't mind a very simple place as long as it's clean and you're treated well, I'd recommend staying here. On the other hand, it didn't work for me personally. The stairs were tiny, I couldn't get up with my suitcase, and you can hit your head on the ceiling if you're not careful. The staff helped me a lot and said the stairs would be replaced soon. I didn't feel comfortable, but I stayed because they ask for payment right at the entrance and the staff were so kind that I didn't want to upset them. I was looking for somewhere near Guarulhos Airport, and the price and the option to check in in the morning were what drew me in. The place is in a distant neighborhood on a hill; it seemed a little dangerous, and there was no sign at the entrance. They explained that this was to prevent robberies. The facilities were poor and very basic, small, stuffy, with no TV or curtains, a poorly sealed door, a tilt window, and no air conditioning. They loan more than one fan if needed, but that didn't solve it for me. They don't serve breakfast or other meals. I spoke with one of the staff about these issues, and he explained that the idea was to offer a simpler place at a competitive price that different people could afford. I thought that was an interesting idea. The good points were the cleanliness and the extremely kind, friendly, helpful staff. I felt very welcome. There's a supermarket about 300 meters away, and a shared kitchen where you can make a snack. Not everyone can afford a nearby hotel, and spending hours in the airport is exhausting, so it can be a workable option for people with fewer resources. It wasn't all that bad, since I managed to rest a little, which is what the place is meant for. The shower was a nice bonus, hot and good, and they provide towels and soap. Update: In Jun/2021, the management asked me to remove photos of the rooms and interior facilities because changes had been made. The newer images I saw on Google did indeed look much better than when I visited, and they'd also built a new staircase. So I deleted the old interior photos but kept the outside ones that show where the place is.

At first I was wary because the place is hidden away, but I highly recommend it to anyone trying to save money. It's very clean and organized, and close to the airport. I want to mention the cleanliness again, it's impeccable. Congratulations to the owner.

The hotel staff were very welcoming, and I appreciate their kindness and the work they do to keep the place very clean. But cooking is a problem: the kitchen is empty, without even a small electric hob. They give you pizza and burger numbers to call, which is hard when you're on a tight budget. You have to ask for a fan or the room gets extremely hot. There's no common space where you can read or watch TV, and the hotel is noisy. A dog in the street barks day and night.
