Hotel Panamby Guarulhos

We had a really nice one night stay before an international trip. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, and the staff were friendly. We could walk our dog in a pleasant garden, and there were airport shuttles. Breakfast was included, tasty, and had a great selection. I’d come back.

We ended up here for a night after our flight was canceled, and LATAM covered it. The room was good enough, though the paint looked a little shabby and one pillowcase had a small tear when I arrived. The location wasn’t scenic, but it worked for a complimentary stay.

It used to be good, but now I wouldn’t recommend it. I waited two hours to check in because the receptionist was so slow. She said she had to call the airline to confirm my ticket, then told me to sit and wait. Even after I showed the hotel booking, things still moved slowly. When I asked for my change after paying, she didn’t return it. The building was empty, yet she put me in the last room on the top floor. Maybe it was because I said they were taking too long. There was no menu in the room.

Our flight was delayed, so we arrived last night and paid R$580 for a full day at the hotel. They told us we could only stay from 3 AM to 1 PM. In the room, there was hair on the towels and in the toilet, the walls were dirty, and the sheets were scratchy. I called reception to ask for a different room, but they said they couldn’t do that at 3 AM. We had a bad stay, and hope the hotel can do something positive to make it right.
