On Park Hotel Translado e Café da manhã

Terrible experience. I booked for a client through Expedia and paid for it myself, but they charged the client again at check-in. The reservation was billed twice, and they haven’t replied to my emails or WhatsApp messages. I’ve been trying to sort it out for days and they’re simply ignoring me.

For R$279 for one person for 12 hours, I expected better. The sheet was visibly brown with dirt, the bathroom mat was black and ragged, and the blanket was so thin that the night was freezing. They provide a towel and soap, but no shampoo. The air conditioner had no remote, so I couldn’t set it to heat. The room had neither a window nor an exhaust fan. It might do in a pinch, but for that price there are better options.

The transfer was the only saving grace. The staff were inattentive, the room was small, the beds and bathrooms were dirty, and you could hear everything. They didn’t honor the booking price, and it was very expensive for what they offer. A power bank of mine was stolen. I wouldn’t recommend this place; it feels like a trap for people staying one night or catching a transfer.

The service was wonderful, and the price is the best in the area. There’s a market across the street, a gas station next door, and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it.
