Sao Paulo Airport Marriott Hotel

The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed, and the location made getting to São Paulo GRU International Airport easy. The hotel shuttle took about 15 minutes. It has the feel of a traditional Marriott, with beautiful architecture, a decent design, convenient amenities, and friendly staff who provided great service. There was a huge selection of local dishes at the breakfast buffet, and dinner in the Club Lounge came with drinks and delicious food. Fabulous.

I normally wait until checkout before reviewing, but I didn’t want to leave without recognizing the staff. After the long trip from Vancouver, Canada, our kids were having a really hard time adjusting to the new time. From check-in through our after-hours requests for extra items, the service has been amazing. The team has made this feel like a first-class stay.

The rooms need updating. My bed creaked with even the slightest movement, and the bathroom showed its age most of all. A renovation would help bring the property up to the level its brand and staff deserve. The staff, on the other hand, were attentive, friendly, and professional, and made the stay much easier. The location is hard to beat for quick access to São Paulo International Airport, especially if you have an early or late flight. Even with the dated rooms, it’s a reliable airport option. With some updates, it could be the best airport hotel in the region.

It’s a smaller lounge than some I’ve visited, but the staff are so welcoming and the food is excellent. Leandro and Gabriel were outstanding hosts. Thanks, finally Titanium Elite!
