Someone entered my room without permission and stole 250 EUR and 400 USD in cash, even though I had clearly told staff not to enter. When I reported it, reception wouldn’t show me the security camera footage and was evasive and very slow. It felt like they were trying to run out the clock because they knew I had a flight to catch and would give up. I was pregnant, and the fear, stress, and vulnerability were overwhelming. LATAM Airlines placed me here after I missed a connection through the airline’s fault, not mine. I never would have chosen this hotel otherwise. Staff spoke only Portuguese, which made following up extremely difficult. They were also dismissive and unhelpful when I asked for a power adapter and all my devices were flat. The breakfast was poor and low quality, and the hotel’s condition and service were extremely low standard. I felt completely unsafe throughout my stay. I left angry, exhausted, and deeply frustrated, feeling abandoned. This hotel doesn’t protect guests or take responsibility when something serious happens in its rooms, and it offered no support over the theft. I don’t recommend it under any circumstances.

It’s a little far from the center, though it works for a short stay if you have a flight the next day. If you need fast internet, this isn’t the place for it. The maximum speed is 8-11 Mbps.

I was disappointed and disgusted from the moment I arrived. There was hair in the bathtub, across the floor, and even on the bed sheets. The staff were rude and very disrespectful, and nobody was at the door to help with bags or offer assistance. The location is on a horrible little one-way street. I left immediately. If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would.

Room 1010 smelled unpleasant, the AC didn’t work as it should, and the floors were dirty. There was mold in the shower and heavy water damage in the lobby. The lobby and reception area felt disorganized and unwelcoming. Reception staff weren’t welcoming or friendly, seemed very transactional, and didn’t make eye contact. The room keys didn’t work. The location is close to GRU 🤙🏼

I’m really happy with Abel, Adriel, and Roni. They were hospitable and gave me good service. I liked the food too, it was really delicious.
