The shared bathroom was spotless, and the place was so quiet. The breakfast was simple but really tasty, and you can use the kitchen. It’s in a handy spot for a layover at GRU, with an airport transfer for a small fee. The staff were incredibly friendly too. I had a great stay.

The staff made my first Brazil trip feel really comfortable. They were cheerful and so kind, and not speaking Portuguese wasn’t a problem at all. I’d love to come back next time!

We stayed for two days with our one-year-old. On the first day, we were welcomed warmly and given a cozy room, but the cleaning could’ve been better: there were used soap bars and hair in the bathroom. The next day a different attendant put us in a much worse room downstairs, saying it was better because we had a baby. For a while, he had the TV turned up so loud we could hear it in our room. We paid $250 per night. The hostel doesn’t offer breakfast, though someone made black coffee the first day; the second day there wasn’t even coffee. I found the place mediocre, more bad than good, and don’t plan to stay there again. There’s no parking, just a partnership with yellow. They quote one price and then it’s another.

The host was very helpful, and the daily rate was affordable. It’s close to Guarulhos airport, and the free ride there came in handy. Everything worked as it should and the stay suited what I needed. A practical, budget-friendly choice, and I plan to come back when I need to stay nearby.
