Hotel Belo Jardim

The staff deserve a thousand. They're kind, treat you really well, and help with whatever you need. My room was very basic because the hotel was already full. The shower was cold and the cleanliness was so-so, but there was a fan above my bed, so I slept peacefully. I just missed having clean towels. Breakfast is simple.

The person who welcomed me was very attentive, but the place needs renovation. The sheets smelled of cigarette smoke and didn't seem to have been changed between guests. The bathroom was tiny, with a broken folding door, and the floor was visibly dusty. Unfortunately, a friendly welcome doesn't make up for all that.

I'm leaving a low rating in the hope the hotel improves. The older couple were very friendly, though I wonder if their age makes it harder to manage the place well. It urgently needs cleaning. I stayed for two days and my bath towel wasn't changed. I bought a few things for the minibar, but they spoiled because it didn't work. The curtains were badly torn and dirty. I hope they bring in someone to manage the hotel so future guests can have a somewhat better experience.

I thought the place was great, but they should offer more deals. Weekend packages, Valentine's Day and Father's Day offers, and other promotions for couples would be nice.
