They apologized after I heard back from the hotel, and I felt they were genuinely concerned about sorting out the issue. They promised me a voucher, but it was never sent or given to me.

The breakfast spread is pretty complete, though some of it wasn't good. The room I'd paid for was clean and nicely arranged, and the inside of the hotel has a cozy feel. But in the middle of the night I had to move because the fan simply wasn't working. The bed in the other room was smaller, since I'd booked a family room and that one wasn't. Just a terrible night.

We loved it. The staff were attentive and gave us personal service, the rooms were comfortable in both the old and new wings, and breakfast was really good.

The hotel itself is good, but I wouldn't recommend it if you need Wi-Fi for work, online meetings, or even entertainment. My room didn't get a Wi-Fi signal at all.

Everything was very clean, and the people were kind. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety, and felt like eating at my grandma's house. It's a simple hotel with a lot of charm, a great stop if you're visiting Ibatiba or just passing through. I recommend it.
