I booked from Friday to Sunday, and that first night I spent until morning in a room with no lights. It was extremely hot and stuffy, smelled moldy, and had a broken shower with no water, a dusty fan, exposed outlets, and no TV remote. Then on Saturday night I came back to the inn and found all my belongings gone from the room. The employee, dona Claudia, had gone in and moved everything to another room so she could prepare mine for incoming guests, even though my reservation was supposed to end Sunday at noon. That was a complete invasion of my privacy. When I asked her about getting my money back, she said she wouldn't refund anything.
