The room was spotless, and the reception and cleaning staff were especially kind and attentive. I also liked being able to use the shared areas at night, and the river across from the property is a nice extra for guests who enjoy fishing. The convenience shop is handy, with swimwear, food, clothes, and accessories for sale. There are a few areas that could use work. The restaurant's pizza and service could be better, and the slide pool wasn't as clean as the main pool. Some games in the games room need maintenance; adding cards and board games, plus music at night like they have by the pool, would give people more to do. Music by the pool itself was a nice touch and made the area livelier. I had a very satisfying stay and plan to come back with family and friends.

The hotel has a lot of potential to become the biggest in the region. A few changes could make the stay smoother. Check-in could be quicker and more organized, and some kind of wristband or other identification for guests would help. A tab system for purchases on site would also save people from paying every time. Parking needs a clearer setup. Letting cars stop right outside the apartments causes disorder. Around the pool, there should be a nearby bathroom, more chairs and tables, and the pool bar should open every day. Smoking, eating, and jumping in the water should be prohibited for safety and cleanliness. The inner pool benches need a proper clean because there's algae on them, and the palm trees nearby keep dropping leaves. Tents near the pool also get in the way of organization and circulation, so they shouldn't be allowed.

The spacious grounds are well located, with new air conditioning, a good shower, electronic door locks, and new beds and linens. Some staff in the pool and dining areas were great, and breakfast and pizza were top notch. Day-use guests mix with hotel guests, so the pool gets very crowded. The Wi-Fi didn't work in our room, which also meant no TV since the channels were only available through an app. The games room was about 80% renovated, and there's no kids' area. The worst part was how we were treated after checkout. Mr Rodrigo at reception was attentive during our stay, but rude afterward. My daughter left her Crocs in the room. After two days of trying to reach them, we explained what happened and were told they couldn't do anything, and that next time we should be more careful not to forget things. Really disappointing.

We only used the day-use pass. The kids had a great time on the big water slides, which are the main attraction. The pool was clean and pleasantly warm when we visited. Snacks at the bar cost a reasonable amount, while individual restaurant dishes start at around 80 reais and up. They were tasty, and depending on how hungry you are, two dishes can be enough for three people.
