The place was so-so, though the woman who helped us was nice. If you need an invoice, don't stay here. The inn wouldn't provide one when I asked, and the person helping me said I'd have to pay 10 reais on top of the room rate. After I said I would call the police, they agreed to issue it, but only after I'd already returned to my home city. To top it off, I was surprised to find the invoice was for an electronics store.

I stayed there this week and really liked it. The price was fair for a fully equipped, honest apartment. Everything was simple but still carefully done, and the location was very good. Thanks to Ronaldo, who helped when my motorcycle broke down. We tried bump-starting it without success, so he offered me his bicycle to go look for help. It all worked out, and this is a great option in Ilha Comprida.

We loved our stay and recommend this place for a few days with family on Ilha Comprida. It's well located near markets and restaurants, and the service was very friendly. The apartment was clean and organized, with a full kitchen, a bathroom, and one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Bed and bath linens were included, and the price was fair.
