I rented a room for four people that was supposed to have a fan, but it didn't work. The room was unbearably hot, even with two fans I brought along. At booking, the person in charge quoted one price, then tried to charge more when I paid the balance. They also charged by the day instead of by the overnight stay, which was unlike any inn I'd seen before. The facilities were poor. We paid R$ 2.500,00 for a hot, badly equipped room with awful cable TV picture quality. We also found cockroaches in the room and dead ones in the hallways. There were no trash bins, so we had to keep our rubbish in the room until we could find somewhere on the street to throw it away. No staff were available to help or sort out problems. I booked on a recommendation, but it was the worst choice I could have made. Later I compared it with an Airbnb house that had a bedroom, a full kitchen, and good ventilation, for a much lower price. It was awful. Stay away from this place.

The trouble started when we arrived. We'd said we'd get there after 9 p.m., and the owner told us she'd leave the key at the door. It was locked when we got there, and we had to keep trying the contact number before anyone answered. The owner arrived about 30 minutes later and said she didn't like receiving guests at that hour. The room had no basics like towels or sheets, and the air conditioning didn't work properly, so we were hot at night. The service at the bakery, which has the same owner, was poor too. The staff didn't attend to customers, and the products were low quality. It wasn't a good experience.

I went at the beginning of 2023 and was welcomed really well. I felt at ease, and the room was simple but clean and smelled nice. What won me over was being able to walk straight across the street to the beach without moving the car. With kids, it's great to have it so close, even if someone gets a stomachache. I loved it and am coming back at Christmas. So excited!

Noise was the main issue. Our room was beside the staircase, so we could hear people going up and down, along with the loud entrance door. The bakery staff also made a lot of noise when they arrived for work, around 5:00-5:30 in the morning. I can't really rate the service since we didn't receive any.
