The customer service and attitude were really poor, especially compared with real Brazilian restaurants. This place felt overpriced by Brazilian standards and like a tourist trap, since there are almost no alternatives on this beach. You might find somewhere better in provetà. My friends and I ordered açai with banana, granola, leite condensado and leite em pó. I'm allergic to milk, so I asked if they could leave it out. The waitress agreed and then asked if I wanted a replacement. I asked for another fruit, but she just said no. I asked for honey, and she immediately said no to that too. I couldn't understand why she asked if she was going to refuse every option. Also, even if you speak Portuguese, they speak Spanish to you. Since you're in Brasil, you should try to learn the local language. I learned Portuguese before traveling here from Europe, so people who live and work in Brasil should make an effort too.

Restaurant review only. Deborah was lovely and did her best to make us happy. She helped us choose good dishes and was happy to swap items on the menu to suit us, like vegetables instead of rice or potatoes. She also makes mean caipirinhas. The food wasn't the tastiest, but it was better than elsewhere.

Restaurant review only. The service was good, and it’s a nice place to have a drink. But I had very bad food poisoning, possibly from the prawns or the fish moqueca, so I can't recommend the food. They do get fresh fish deliveries, but it didn't look like the fish was being kept fresh.

Frezza guided two wonderful dives for us. My girlfriend had no scuba experience, and he did a great job helping her while showing us the amazing underwater world around ilha grande :) The food was really tasty too!

I've been coming here for a long time, sometimes with dive schools and this last time with my young kids. The place already treated me well, but the care felt even better while I was there with my family. We felt at home, right by the sand, and the food is great. My boys loved the playroom and the children's books in the library. The dive instructor was so thoughtful with them, letting them try out the equipment before the dive so they felt included. Just grateful, and already missing it. I hope to be back soon.
