Carla and Fátima were wonderful hosts. They were always helping us and looking out for what would make our stay better. The inn is in a good location, with amenities that were excellent for Ilha Grande. I'd come back a thousand times.

Everything was so good! I stayed here for 3 days with my boyfriend and fell completely in love with this incredible place. The location was great, service was perfect from start to finish, and the cleaning was impeccable. The house and garden were wonderful. I recommend it to everyone, you'll fall for it like we did. Thanks, carlinha, for your 1000 out of 10 service. We'll be back next month!

The price was lower than what we saw elsewhere on the island, and Michele was lovely when she welcomed us. The pousada is simple, with a decent breakfast if you’re not too demanding. Getting there and moving around inside can be tough if you have mobility issues: the street climbs uphill, and the mattress was so soft it actually gave me back pain.

For what I needed, this simple pousada was just right: a place to sleep, relax with some TV, and take a shower. The uphill walk to get there might be a bit hard for older people. Even though it’s surrounded by forest, there weren’t many mosquitoes; a little repellent did the trick.
