The room was very clean, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and polite. Our family had a great time, with easy access to the beach and excellent restaurants. When the AC gave us trouble, a staff member came right over to fix it. Parking was my one complaint. Some guests who hadn’t paid for parking left their cars downstairs and took spots reserved for other guests, so it took the front desk a long time to work out who had the spot.

We had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, and the apartment was clean, well equipped, and in a well located condo that felt safe, as did the surrounding area. The pool was nice, the shower was good, and the internet was fast. You can walk to plenty of things in 15 minutes or less, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and a pharmacy. iFood also had good options nearby. It’s right in front of the Perequê pier, where some island boat tours leave from. Uber and 99 weren’t options for us, but the taxi drivers had a fairly efficient network. They connect riders with each other through WhatsApp, and that usually worked well.

I loved how spacious and clean the units were, which is something I always notice when I travel. The balconies were huge, with your own lounge chairs for sunbathing and a view over the pool and ocean. The view is breathtaking, one of the best in Ilhabela. I’m looking forward to coming back.

Modern, clean, and well equipped. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, and oven, and the WiFi is good. A perfect apartment.
