Everything was clean, organized, and monitored, and the location is really convenient, right across from Savegnago and beside several snack bars and restaurants. Great if you want an easy, practical place to check in and rest. The service was excellent, very polite, and attentive. That’s how I see the place, and I highly recommend it.
I was staying a few days for an event, but a couple of noisy guests seriously disrupted my rest and affected how I felt and how well I could take part in the event. The noise at night became unbearable while I was trying to sleep. From the start, the Pousada 9 didn’t feel calm or suited to resting. It’s frustrating to plan a comfortable, restful stay and have it spoiled by guests who don’t respect other people’s quiet. I feel the inn is responsible for making sure everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay.
The service was excellent, and I appreciated the privacy and comfort. Breakfast was great, and so was the location. I’ll be back.
