Pousada Casa Rosada Ilhabela

Breakfast was good, fresh, and generous. The women serving it offered us scrambled eggs as soon as we got up, and they were very polite and welcoming. We were treated really well during our one-night stay. We had room 6, which faced the breakfast area. The morning noise can wake someone who's still asleep, though I was already up and it didn't bother me. The place is well situated near places to eat and the ferry. The beaches are a little farther on foot, but about five or six minutes away by car; Rua do Meio's central area is around 15 minutes by car. The room was tidy and could fit up to four people. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was spacious.

The breakfast had lots of choices, and the MPB playing in the background made the place feel even cozier. It's a calm, family-friendly atmosphere, and the girls were all so helpful and friendly. They welcomed us warmly from the start and helped us several times. We stayed for a weekend, and the rooms were cozy with wonderful air conditioning. The only issue was the bathroom door: its frame was damaged, so it wouldn't close. It didn't spoil the experience at all. We'd come back!

The manager was wonderful and friendly, and a really excellent professional. It's a shame that at check-in they only handed us the key and didn't tell us anything else.

A top pousada, no complaints from me. The location is peaceful, the rooms are cozy, breakfast is very good, and the service gets a 10.
