I had a bad experience. The service wasn't good, breakfast was weak, and the rooms were in poor condition. There were very few outlets and only one worked. The old mini fridge shorted out during our stay. We couldn't get the shower working and had to call an employee to fix it. We were upstairs, where there was no Wi-Fi signal. At check-in, reception asks guests to turn off everything when leaving the inn, including the air conditioning, TV, and mini fridge, to save energy. Breakfast had to be booked for a time slot, and we only had half an hour to eat. The place lacks proper facilities. Its only plus is that it's close to the beach.

The staff were rude, unfriendly, and seemed to have no concern for guests. I spent the weekend there, and the whole stay was awful. The hotel felt abandoned, with almost no basic facilities. Our family room had only two outlets, and the furniture was old, broken, and moldy. There was a bad smell and no upkeep, so the place felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Breakfast was terrible, with very few choices. They didn't change the towels or provide a floor cloth, and the neglect was obvious. I wouldn't stay here, especially with family. There are much better options.

There seemed to be no maintenance. The minibar in our room kept failing to turn on, and when we complained several times, they said an electrician would come but nobody ever did. We had to drink water without chilling it. Then the outlet for the minibar shorted and nearly caught fire. Luckily, it happened during breakfast, so we noticed in time to call for help. It was a terrible scare. The air conditioner also leaked because its hot-air exhaust pipe kept coming loose, and they put a bucket underneath. The stay wasn't pleasant. There weren't enough staff for the demand, and they didn't seem trained to deal with the public. There were only four people, and the person handling breakfast also worked reception for part of the day and took care of cleaning the inn.
