The mattresses could be more comfortable, and the rooms felt a little cramped, dim, and stuffy. On the plus side, the kitchen is small but has what you need, and the staff are friendly. There’s a bus stop just around the corner, with the beach, pharmacies, a large supermarket, and other shops nearby.

The bathroom was the main problem: the toilets kept clogging, and the water was either cold with a strong flow or hot with only a weak flow. The beds weren’t comfortable either. The staff were lovely and helpful, though, and the location is great. The small kitchen has everything you need.

The rooms were tidy and really clean, and the whole place felt friendly and social. The staff and volunteers were lovely and quick to help, and speaking English made things easier. It’s also in a great location. I’d recommend staying here.

We spent three days at Green Hostel, and Gabriel helped us get the most out of the island by sharing what he knew. We had two full days of exploring. The hostel is very clean and has a well-equipped kitchen where we could make a proper dinner. It’s cosy from the moment you arrive and feels like home. I’ve worked in a hostel myself, so I know this is a good deal, and I’d recommend it. For my French friends, Gabriel, the owner, speaks French very well and can point you to some great places.
