The workers are always smiling and so sweet, and the activities for kids are good, even if there aren't many toys. Still, the rooms are bad. The air conditioner isn't cleaned well, the floor doesn't get cleaned every day, and the pool isn't very clean either. Worst part for me, the hotel doesn't have a gym!

The food is okay, and the surroundings are better suited for relaxing. But the rooms are very expensive and don't feel worth the price.
