The good part is that the house is in a secure condominium, and the gate staff are very welcoming. Maybe a different accommodation in the same residence would be a better stay. The suite I had was disappointing in several ways. There were many mold stains that had been painted over, so the windows need to stay open during the day to air it out. The kitchenette setup is poor: there’s a huge fridge, but a mini-fridge would be more useful, and the only cooking option was a small electric oven. I missed having at least a microwave, somewhere to put dishes and kitchen utensils, and a proper sink, since the sink/laundry tub is used for cleaning. The reservation details mentioned Netflix, but I couldn’t find it, and the TV signal was terrible. Wi-Fi worked well. The suite’s glass doors and windows have a frosted film. At night the room stays bright if people in the 'casa principal' leave the outside light on. There’s no staff support during the stay: I had to buy toilet paper, there was no squeegee to clear the dirt that built up over a week, and I wasn’t told when to put the trash out. A power problem affected the whole condominium, but the administration’s WhatsApp replies were slow and vague. I was worried the shower door might fall off, and it needs attention. They should also have a way to keep pigeons away, especially around the outdoor wet area/kitchen.
