The location worked well, just a short walk from the main beach, Praia da Concha, and the main avenue's restaurants and shops. We had a spacious, clean room with a bed that was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was satisfactory, especially the quiche de frango, rabanada, and tapioca. There's a lot to enjoy in the leisure area: a decent-sized pool with a bar inside it, a spa space, mini gym, pool table, sauna, and a play area for kids. The WiFi was the real downside. We were in room 101, closest to reception, but the signal was very weak and kept dropping back to my 4g. Service could be better too. The manager checked with us each morning at breakfast, but some dishes took a long time to arrive even when the restaurant was empty. Towels took a while to be delivered after we asked for them. Small things, but they would improve the guest experience. A good hotel/pousada overall.
