IM05 Apto 3 Quartos - Riverside Imbassaí

The outdoor areas were well looked after, and the place was clean, pleasant, and well located. The one drawback is the dirt track leading in. Once it rains, walking to the village becomes impossible. Still, we had a good experience.

A well-equipped condominium, close to both the beach and the center of Imbassai.

There are only a few houses here, and the neighbors are great. The shared area has a small pool, barbecue, wood-fired oven, a large counter for cookouts, plus tables, chairs, and a beach umbrella. One exit is very close to the square and where the river meets the sea. The main street of Imbassaí, with its supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants, is also nearby. The road into the condominium still isn't paved, so on rainy days you can only get there by car.

The location is handy, about 200 m from the center and supermarket, and 300 m from a bakery. The condominium is well kept and clean, with parking and a staffed entrance. The apartments are very good and well maintained, and there’s also a pool and barbecue area.
