Doce Cabana Pousada

We spent 17 nights here and already want to come back as soon as we can. Our dog Joca got along really well with Lucky and Guri, who are gentle and welcoming. Paulo, the owner, does everything he can to make guests comfortable and at home. The cabins have kitchens with all the utensils you need, air conditioning in the bedroom, a hammock on the veranda overlooking the woods, a barbecue, gas shower, and hot water at every tap. The bedroom has the same woodland view as the veranda, and birdsong woke us each morning. We had to work during our stay, and the fiber internet worked very well. We also drank water straight from the artesian well, and solar panels were recently installed. We watched beautiful sunsets from the pool deck, looking over Ibiraquera lagoon while chatting with Paulo. It was a wonderful nature getaway with all the comforts, and a great way to unwind. We're so glad we chose Doce Cabana Pousada and miss our new friends Paulo, Lucky, and Guri already.

I loved this place and would come back every couple of months if I could. The welcome was so warm, and my dogs settled in well and got along with the dogs at Doce Cabana. It's cozy and completely quiet, both at night and during the day. The beach is easy to reach, and the view is wonderful. I'm really glad I discovered it.

The windows look out onto nothing but green woodland, with glimpses of the lagoon and the dunes of Imbituba. Sunlight comes right into the living room and kitchen, warming and lighting everything from the bedroom to the veranda. The soundtrack is birds, wind in the trees, and sometimes a few cows on the neighboring property. Could you ask for a more perfect spot? It's easy to get to, and the owner is friendly and eager to make your stay as good as possible.

I came back feeling completely refreshed. It's a beautiful place with lush nature and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere, and Betão was attentive as the owner. Perfect for a restful break or a weekend away with your partner.
