I'm making a formal, serious complaint about this condominium's security and access management. I'm a woman who lives alone here. While I was working inside my apartment, a real estate agent unexpectedly showed up in my kitchen, without warning, a confirmed appointment, or my consent. This goes beyond a simple communication failure. It seriously violated my privacy, safety, and peace of mind in my own home. This directly violates the Tenancy Law, particularly Article 22, II, of Law No. 8.245/1991, which guarantees a tenant peaceful use of the property, and Article 23, IX, which allows visits only when the day and time have been agreed in advance. It also violates the Federal Constitution, Article 5, X and XI, which protect private life and the inviolability of the home, as well as Article 21 of the Civil Code, which establishes the inviolability of private life, and Articles 186 and 927 of that code concerning unlawful acts and the duty to provide compensation. Depending on what the facts establish, the conduct could also, in theory, fall under Article 150 of the Penal Code, on violation of the home. As a woman living alone, I find it even more serious that the condominium and its access system failed to prevent this. I'm publicly recording my extreme dissatisfaction and warning other residents and anyone considering living here.
