Good evening! My family and I went to São Paulo and stayed at this hotel. I gave it five stars because the service is great, and the staff are good people who treat us with a lot of respect. I also take care of the kitchen, getting up early to make that wonderful coffee. I have nothing to complain about, only thanks for the service. I'm coming back, so wait for me, boys and girls, maria. Thank you for being so kind to people. I'm very happy to have met you all. A big hug to everyone.

Good value. The room was clean, and I slept without any problems. It had what I was looking for: an affordable place to sleep and shower. It's simple, so I'm not giving it five stars, but it works perfectly for anyone looking for somewhere to sleep in the area. The street is quiet and the staff are attentive. My favorite part was that the 24-hour stay starts when you arrive, so I could rest a bit before my flight that night.

The outside noise made it hard to sleep. I was woken several times overnight by drunk people making a racket, and in the morning the heavy traffic out front was loud too. This is clearly a love hotel. There was no toilet paper or blanket in the room, but when I asked, they handed them over without hesitation or complaint, which felt typical of Brazilians.
