Pamplona Hostel

The room had broken curtains and artwork, plus part of the bathroom ceiling was collapsed. Connecting to Wi-Fi was hard, and it kept dropping out. Breakfast was included in our stay, but staff said we hadn't paid for it, so we had to wait while their office checked. That showed poor organization and communication between staff. This was a deeply disappointing stay and fell well below acceptable standards. There were other problems too, but listing all of them would make this review too long. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and nice, and the hotel had all the amenities I needed. It's close to MASP and the metro. The free breakfast was very nice too.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location worked well for walking to shops and restaurants. The hotel needs updating soon. I was concerned about mold between the bathroom tiles and water leaking from the ceiling. I hope they address it. The fitness center could be larger, and the elevators could use more space. It's good enough for what I'd call a three-star hotel.

As international visitors, we weren't happy with the service, especially at breakfast. We found an insect in our food, and there were no ingredient labels. My wife is allergic to eggs, and when we asked for help, they ignored us the second day. Small things were missing from our room, like a hot water kettle and a waste bin, though my colleagues had them. The staff didn't speak English, so we couldn't get our messages across.
