The room looked clean where you could see, and the towels and sheets were clean too. But underneath the beds it was extremely dusty, so don't try moving them. The staff at reception and in the kitchen were polite and helpful, and breakfast was about what you'd expect for the nightly rate. The air conditioning was a different story. In room 17, it was blowing ashes out of the unit. In room 18, the filter was so dirty there was no airflow until I cleaned it myself, and then it finally cooled down. Parking also means cars are lined up behind each other. If you arrive late and don't want to park outside, you'll have to get up early to move your car for the others. Leaving in the middle of the night means parking outside so you don't get blocked in. My advice is to pay 50 reais more and stay somewhere else. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel or come back.

They confirmed my reservation and asked me to send my details, but when I arrived there was no room for me. They had given the rooms to a company instead. Afterward, they made excuses and said they hadn't reserved anything. There's no real commitment to the customer here, and it's especially irresponsible toward people coming from out of town. Be careful.

The room was clean, attractive, and comfortable, so I'd generally recommend staying here. I did have a couple of issues: the showers weren't very good, and the air conditioner in my room made a noise in the room's structure. Camila at reception was really friendly and handled our requests excellently. She was eager to help and sorted out what we needed right away.

The shower only gets a little warm if you turn the water down low. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and breakfast was good. They have eggs and cuscuz if you ask and they'll make them for you.

I wouldn't recommend staying here, not even for one night. The place felt unhealthy, the outdoor areas had no cooling and were unbearably hot, and the air conditioning in the rooms didn't work. The minibar needs attention too. They really need to improve the hotel.
