Hotel Primavera Indaiatuba

Nice.

Really good.

Just average.

There were flies on the breakfast they served, and it was impossible to eat. When we told the receptionist, she responded with sarcasm and mockery from the start. She seemed completely unprepared to deal with people and did all of this in front of my daughter, who’s a child. I asked for the manager’s or owner’s contact, but she refused to give it to me. She also refused my request for an invoice. I eventually got the invoice through someone else, who showed up later. I’m outraged because I brought my work team, 17 people in total, and no one even tried to understand what had happened. There was no initiative at any point to resolve the problems. The rooms were very dirty, there was sludge in the bathroom, and the air conditioner was completely filthy and polluted, unusable. Water ran down the wall and soaked the whole bed, among other problems.
