Vitoria Convention Indaiatuba

We had a lovely stay and plan to come back. The pool was lovely, the food was very good, and the hotel was good value. It's only a short Uber ride to the centre. The restaurant staff were so welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to the breakfast manager and Isadora, Viniscius and Maycon for looking after us. One thing I'd change is the morning coffee, and maybe add a few more football channels on the TV, since so many people stay here for conventions. Greetings from Ireland, Trevor & Daniela.

There isn't much in the rooms beyond the essentials, but they're spacious and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is locally owned, and although it feels a little dated, it's clean and charming, not rundown or gross. The food is delicious, and the pool is incredible. There's also a sand volleyball court and a tennis court. We'll definitely be back.

As this was my first trip to Brazil, the hotel's cleanliness really impressed me. The continental breakfast was premium quality, with amazing food and fresh, delicious fruit. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and spoke English very well. Waiters and bar staff were patient and accommodating too.

Getting in from the road and traveling in and out of the city was easy, thanks to the perfect location. The facilities are very nice, though the hotel could do more to keep people safe from COVID. There was an outdoor restaurant area that could have been used for breakfast, but they wouldn't allow it at first. We had to ask them to let us eat outside to feel safer. Even then, some staff got mad at us and were disrespectful.
