Praia Apart Hotel

We paid for two nights, but after seeing the place we asked for a refund for one and moved to another hotel. The bathroom was caked with dirt, the fridge was moldy inside and out, and the old stove and pans were disgusting. The photos seem to be from when the place was built or renovated, so don't be fooled. The cleaning was awful. I don't recommend it.

The room was comfortable, with air conditioning, a fan, and a TV, plus a spacious bathroom. There's also an equipped kitchen if you want to bring something to cook. The service was excellent. It's close enough to walk to the beach, and booking here is well worth it if you're going to Natal.

There are only two ways to get food in the kitchen, on a plate or in a pan, and they don't even have a decent water glass, just tiny shot glasses, hahaha. The kitchen could be better organized. There are only two TVs with working Smart features and internet, and there's no 24-hour reception for emergencies. Could you sort this out?

The bathroom could have been better. The room itself was nice and had good amenities, and the location is convenient, with the beach, restaurants, a small grocery store, and a pharmacy all close by.
