The elevators need attention. One was out of order, then the other was shut down for maintenance, so we had to climb several floors of stairs.

The room was spacious and airy, and the place was clean. It's in a prime spot, close to almost everything, with ô Bar, a lively and excellent beer hall, right next door and worth checking out. Breakfast was basic, with few choices. When the hotel is busy, there may not be enough parking spaces.

Whenever I go to Natal, I don't look for another place. It's my favorite, just as the name suggests, very cozy. The location is excellent, the cleaning is very good, and it's comfortable. The host is very attentive.

This is an independent flat in a hotel called illusion. Look for Diogo. After doing a lot of research, I'm sure I made the best choice and was very happy with my stay. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the shower was wonderful for rinsing off sand and relaxing. The location in natal was the best.

Comfortable flat, good service, and good value for money. The garage sometimes doesn't have room for all the cars.
