I want to report a complaint about the service from receptionist John. During check-in, I saw him treat guests who arrived before me quite differently. He was extremely warm with a white family, explaining how the hotel worked, the hours, and all the breakfast details. He offered to help with any problems and gave them extra attention, even guiding them with respectful physical contact. When they asked for a discount, he was also very flexible and willing to help. When it was my turn, as part of a Black family, the service was completely different. He only gave me the room number, asked how I would pay, said the price was R$ 480,00 because it was the only room available, and had another employee just point out the elevator. He didn't explain any of the hotel's services. The difference in treatment was obvious and embarrassing. I ask management to look into what happened and give the team proper training so all guests are treated equally, respectfully, and professionally, regardless of personal characteristics. On top of that, I ordered a pizza on the hotel's recommendation, but they told us to come downstairs and pick it up. 😁🤣

The rooms are clean, new and really comfortable, and the shower has strong hot water. My only complaint was the air conditioner, which is quite noisy. I'm traveling in a van with a small trailer, and the parking area is spacious and feels secure since it's a shed that's locked at night. It's a great hotel overall, and I'd stay here again without hesitation.
