The area around the place felt unsafe, with frequent incidents that were worrying, especially at night. The property also seemed somewhat disorganized, and the cleanliness could have been better.

Really good. The rooms have a minibar and air conditioning, and the parking is enclosed, even for trucks.

The photos on Booking set a standard that the stay didn't meet. We were there for five days, and the room wasn't cleaned once. When we asked, they only replaced the towels I'd left on the floor, emptied the full bathroom bin, and replenished the toilet paper. The bed sheets weren't changed, and no soap was provided. The towels are thin and small. In Rio's heat, there should be a sheet or something lighter to sleep under, since the only options were a blanket and a duvet. There was nowhere in the bathroom to put soap or shampoo, and no mirror. Breakfast was very poor. The coffee tasted good on just one day, when a stocky guy made it. The other days it was bad. All the tables are pushed together, so you can't sit privately with your companion; everyone has to sit together. Getting into the garage was difficult. The vegetation was overgrown, and the garage area looked like a storage room full of things. There were lots of flowers along the way in, and they should reconsider that setup, keeping only the flowers that are part of the decor or displaying them better. The tables should be put back the way they appear in the Booking photos. I won't be coming back.

The guy who helped us was really polite and helped me with the reservation, and the bed was comfortable. But there was a **towel soiled with feces** for us to use. My husband nearly used it, luckily he noticed the smell. That's outrageous. The place is nice, but they should improve the sheets too. I was itchy all night. Breakfast was pretty average, but for what we paid, it's fine, I guess.
