We only needed somewhere to sleep and rest during a family trip, but the stay was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what we expected. The room didn't match the photos and description on Booking.com. There was also no parking available when we arrived around 9:30 p.m., so we had to leave our car at the motel next door. That felt uncomfortable and unsafe. The toilet was clogged. We told reception, but they didn't start dealing with it until after midnight, when an employee came into our room to try to unblock it. It completely disrupted our rest after a tiring trip. The shower was broken too, so we couldn't use it properly. They offered us another room to shower in, but it was far away. With the difficulty of getting around at night, my wife and daughters ended up taking cold showers in our original room. We also ordered fries with cheddar. After eating them, both my older daughter and I had stomach problems, which made the experience even worse. Between the room's problems, lack of parking, poor maintenance, the difference from the listing, and the possible food issue, the stay didn't provide even basic comfort, hygiene, or quality. It completely failed as a place to rest during our trip. I don't recommend it, and the management should urgently review its maintenance, service, and the accuracy of its listings.

We booked two rooms for a family trip, and the hotel was cozy, clean, and very well looked after. The beds and pillows were comfortable, just right for getting some rest on the road. The night receptionist on 25/02/26 made a real difference. I can't remember her name, but she was attentive, understanding, helpful, and always ready to lend a hand with a smile. The service was a real highlight. The breakfast was the best of our whole trip too. We highly recommend the hotel and its great service 😊

Don't waste your time on those photos. Staying here felt like a horror scene. We were just passing through and stopped for the night, but it was frightening. The bathroom grout was rotten, there was no toilet paper, and the blanket was clearly reused from another guest, with hair all over it. I couldn't even cover myself with it. The breakfast area looked very nice, though it didn't seem to belong with the hotel. The food itself was all stale. It was the worst stopover hotel I've ever stayed in. The area also felt dangerous. There were even men on motorcycles holding rifles. It was terrifying.

The rooms were clean and quiet, and the breakfast was beautifully laid out and tasty. The daily rate was very affordable, and it's right next to the motel, haha. All the staff deserve credit, but two people stood out: Mônica at reception, such a lovely person and a great professional, and Lany, who looks after breakfast and is short but incredibly efficient.

The breakfast and service were great, and being close to the highway is handy when you're traveling. Still, the neighborhood gave me an uneasy feeling, and the rooms were old and poorly cleaned.
