At night, we could head out on foot, which we loved, and the location was one of the highlights. The outdoor area is small but worked really well for us. Inside, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the brand-new air conditioning was quiet. Breakfast was incredible, with lots of variety and great taste and quality. The welcome made the stay especially memorable. Fabio, the owner, was friendly and very helpful, and Elma was so kind and efficient that we felt we'd known her for years. We loved her so much we wanted to take her home! We’ve already recommended the pousada, and when we return, we'll definitely look for Barcaça again.

We had such a special, lovely week. Fábio, thanks for welcoming us so warmly, for all the tips and conversations, and for everything. The rooms were always clean, and breakfast was wonderful. You could tell it was all done with care. The whole team is lovely. Amanda was always attentive and concerned about how we were doing, and dona Elma is such a sweetheart. She looks serious, but she really isn't, haha. We talked so much that I already miss her. Hugs from Suzana, Julia and Luiza.
